Method 1
1 - Select BB5 Tab
2 - Click on "User Code Edit
3 - Click on "Service"
you'll have a new box, Click "Read"(thanks to nausa)
Method 2
1 - Select BB5 Tab
2 - Select Factory Settings Tab under the "Service Operations"
3 - Then click Service, device will restart

2) then Click BB5 tab and select Factory Settings Tab under the "service operations" and then click service ....
device will restart.....lock code error will totally fixed
