In a round, each player has the option to 'Fold' (Throw their cards away and take no further part in the hand), 'Call' (Match the current heightest bet), or 'Raise' (bet an amout higher than the current heightest bet).
In Limit Hold'em you must raise bya fixed amount and the maximum number of raises in a round is 3.
The betting is done in turns, clockwise around the table until all players have bet the same amount of money, or all but one have folded. The company bet by each is then put into the Pot' in the centre of the table, and the next round of bettings begins.
