The installer in My Nokia 5800xm s60v5 says.. "installer is already running" when ever i try to install enything

1. Safely remove memory card (by selecting Remove E: Memory Card from Switch off button).
2. Delete any application you don't want... (Weird but I had to do it to refresh installer.... Delete any like facebook,Myspace,etc... )
3. Insert the memory card again.
