Ans)  Samsung Corby Would Be a Better Choice , it has superb touch screen function and a good os too..but its equipped with only a 2 megapixels Camera , no 3g available too, but memory can be extended upto 8gb

          Nokia 5800xm must be also considered, it would be the best i would consider in below 15000 rupes range
