Back up Nokia 5800xm data without Pc suite

1) First go to Application folder from menu

2) Then go to "File Mgr." Application

3) You can see the "backup" option there..

4) Just Select it..

5) Backup settings goes like this

Backup Contents = ALL

Repeat backup = Never

6) Then press Option.

7) And select "backup now " Option

8) Back up done.....
